# Harmonyのはじめ方

## Web3ウォレットをHarmonyに接続する

* ウォレットにログインする
* [https://chainlist.org/（英語のみ）](https://chainlist.org/) サイトにアクセスする
* 検索ボックスで「**harmony mainnet shard 0**」と入力
* 右上の**connect your wallet**ボタンをクリック
* **add to Metamask** ボタンをクリック

## **Harmony**に0.2ONE以上入金する

### ONEとは

ONEは、イーサリアムで使われるETHと同じように、Harmonyで取引手数料の支払い、ひいてはDAOのデプロイに使われる通貨です。

### ONEの入金方法
