# AN DAOとは？

### AragonネットワークDAOは、2021年10月にAragonネットワーク憲章に関する$ANT保有者の公開投票を経て、Aragon協会によって設立された[自律分散型組織（DAO）(英語のみ)](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Decentralized_autonomous_organization)です

## ミッション

AN DAOは、Aragon協会解散後のAragonプロジェクトの担い手となることを想定しています。

## 組織構成

AragonネットワークDAOは、Main DAOと以下の3つのサテライト組織で構成されています。

* コンプライアンスサブDAO

各サブDAOには、一般投票とAragon協会票で選出された3人の委員からなる委員会があります。

各委員の任期は1年で、月給は**200$ANT**です。
